   Well, that's just the thing ..I don't have to work, hubby wanted me to quit 17 ys ago when we first married,lol and finally I gave in a while back.It is a very respectable place or I never would have worked there so many yrs. B ut I think I will give my notice tonight, enjoys the rest of my yrs ..just doing what I want, spend a few of those dollars I have saved throuh the yrs,lol
   Maybe even break down,take a long vacation somewhere beautiful ,for our tomorrows are not promised. Oh, I loved Doris Day, she had such a pure look, was a great actress also, in my opinion too . Miss those good ole days! Yes this world has really hardened , what a shame.

   Thank so much Daz..I did love the job..but at my age now, I just don't care for the night shift any longer...I was suppose to be getting day work.
   But thing is,not bragging at all..but I am very good at what I do, treat all my customers equal, and that's why they always want me there on the busiest nights.. Well, hubby isn't to happy, and my home life is what comes first. I only went back to help out..not to become a full time employee, lol
   After 27 yrs there I think I have had my fill of it..times and ppl have changed so much, with the drugs that are on the streets nowadays ..It is really hard making decisions when you think one has had enough, call cut off time. They can be perfectly fine, go to the bathroom , and come back a different person.! And I just could not stand the thought of me serving someone ,and then they mix other crap with their drinking and go out, hurt themselves or some innocent person..There is soo much more to the job, then serving drinks and looking pretty..if one works it with pride ..which I do,always have and will continue to do so 100%.

   Maybe you can find something that isn't so challenging, so you don't have to worry about drugged up people or some drinking too much. I think it would be hard to deal with. You would probably be very good at customer service/customer relations work....but, that gets to be pretty stressful too, as I used to do it. I worked for a long distance co. for years and handled the problem accounts. I learned to let people vent and when they were through, then they were pretty easy to deal with. It's a hard world out there, isn't it Reet?!
   
   I have to get busy and get some things done. I was out all morning on errands, listening to Doris Day (in the car) during the days of her singing with the Les Brown band and I absolutely adored her then and I still adore her singing to this day. She's 86 years old. She didn't have a pretty life with the men that she married. I think they took advantage of her.
   
   I need to finish the laundry, groom the poodle and then cook in a while.

   Why thank you, how is your weekend going? Mine isn't so great! lol..I just went back to work ...same place I had worked for 27 yrs, as a bartender, Well, I was suppose to not have to work anymore 12 hr shifts,or any nights..well already it has been one day, the rest nights..So, to say the least I,nor hubby are very happy! OK, I'm done venting.
