Thank so much Daz..I did love the job..but at my age now, I just don't care for the night shift any longer...I was suppose to be getting day work.
But thing is,not bragging at all..but I am very good at what I do, treat all my customers equal, and that's why they always want me there on the busiest nights.. Well, hubby isn't to happy, and my home life is what comes first. I only went back to help out..not to become a full time employee, lol
After 27 yrs there I think I have had my fill of it..times and ppl have changed so much, with the drugs that are on the streets nowadays ..It is really hard making decisions when you think one has had enough, call cut off time. They can be perfectly fine, go to the bathroom , and come back a different person.! And I just could not stand the thought of me serving someone ,and then they mix other crap with their drinking and go out, hurt themselves or some innocent person..There is soo much more to the job, then serving drinks and looking pretty..if one works it with pride ..which I do,always have and will continue to do so 100%.
